By Fax... Print the Order Form online, and fax your credit card order to us at (970) 387-4005, or you may begin your order online, but instead of proceeding to Checkout, print the order page (with your shipping and billing information) and fax or mail that to us.
By Mail... Just print the Order Form, or the Order Page from your shopping cart, fill it out carefully and completely
with your billing and shipping information. Please call us for mailing address. Be sure to include your phone number and email address, in the event that we may need to contact you about your order. We will not be
responsible for orders that are delayed due to insufficient customer contact information.

Payment We accept Visa and MasterCard only. We no longer accept American Express. When ordering by mail, please enclose a money order
made payable to ‘Legacy 925.’ We do not accept personal checks.
Shipping Rates & Policies Domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; International orders via Airmail and Global Priority Mail; Overnight and 2nd Day via

Sales Tax Please note that sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to a Colorado address, at 7.9%.
Return Policy (Please Read Carefully) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn jewelry to us within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund your money, minus shipping. All
items must be returned in the same packaging they were shipped in (plastic baggies, gift boxes, etc.). Items returned loose in a box, without proper protection will not be accepted for refund or replacement. Please
cover any engravable surface with a small piece of Scotch tape to protect from scratching during shipping, as scratched merchandise will not be accepted for return. All returns must include a copy of your receipt
with an explanation for the return, so that we can better know how to serve you in the future. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise, so please be sure to package your returns carefully and insure
them. All returns must be postage paid. We will not accept returns C.O.D. And, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN ENVELOPES. If we receive merchandise damaged from careless packaging, we will return it to
you without refund or replacement. If you have any questions, please notify us via email, or by phone at (970) 387-4004. Any damages that occur during shipping must be
reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Personalized items, custom jewelry, and clearance merchandise are non-refundable. Please see our policy on custom Charm Bracelets below.
Custom Made Charm Bracelets Please remember that all of our Theme Charm Bracelets are custom made at the time of order, not pre-manufactured, so it is very important that you give us the correct bracelet size when ordering. If you are unsure of the size needed for yourself, or a gift, please take a minute to measure your wrist, or ask the gift recipient what size they may need. We will not accept returns on custom made Charm Bracelets.
